ZOYON-LDD laser dynamic deflection measurement system, high-end intelligent detection equipment for continuous measurement of roadbed pavement deflection. The system can automatically and non-destructively and quickly perform the continuous detection of pavement deflection under normal traffic speed. The maximum detection speed can reach 90km/h, which significantly improves the efficiency of deflection detection. It is the first automatic rapid deflection detection in China. The system has reached the international leading level overall.
The Laser Dynamic Deflection Measurement System based on the theory of laser Doppler velocity (LDV) measurement, it employs laser non-contact sensors to measure the pavement settlement velocity at a normal traffic speed, and transforms the pavement deflection via elasticity mechanics models to calculate the deflection at each detected point. The system features high efficiency, accuracy, sampling frequency, safety, and cost performance. Merely two individuals are needed to complete the measurement task achieving 500km per day.
