The Highway-Tunnel Fast Detection System is China’s first autonomous system of its kind, making it possible to simultaneously detect the 2nd and 3rd lanes inside tunnels for the first time. The TFS can assess difficulties in multi-lane tunnels of expressways. Using non-destructive detection, the TFS system collects comprehensive tunnel data such as high-precision tunnel image, 3D spatial information and road information. Tunnel detected indicators include tunnel portal, entrance, lining crack, water leakage and cover-plate of maintenance access. The TFS system also offers various tunnel detection results.
Lining crack detection module
Structural cracks, seepage and leakage, flaking, peeling, honeycomb, pitted surface, holes, exposed reinforcing bars, maintaining roadway damage, cover plate damage, delineator damage, lighting damage.
High-luminance LED lighting, 0.2mm system resolution;
Compatible measurement of 2 and 3 lanes, covering the whole tunnel cross-section;
Independent and auto-revolving sensor installation platform, ensuring perfect safety in measurement.
Assets detection module
Landslide of the cave mouth, gully of side slope, rock slide, rubble scattered, seepage of the cave mouth, seepage of the tunnel portal, ceramic tile falling off, wall cracking, plant-sprawling cave mouth.
HD true color image;
Measure the amount of asset along the line and asset GPS based on binocular photogrammetry.
Section contour detection module
Cross section measurement, peripheral wall displacement measurement, internal spacing measurement;
Single high-precision laser scanner，resolution 0.1 mm, 1 million points, 200 rev/sec;
It can check out the subtle difference of tunnel surface, and high-precision 3D shape required in tunnel inspection.
Extended measurement module
Ventilation measurement module: CO measurement, wind speed and direction detection (optional);
Illuminance measurement models: Brightness measurement, visibility measurement (optional).
Geographic location information detection module
Atitude and longitude, altitude and station;
Based on road network level, space absolute positioning one meter;
Based on the project level, space relative positioning of 0.5%.
Correct automatically in the whole kilometers.
Fast working: The system can conduct continuous 8-10h measurement at the speed of 80km/h.
Unique structural design: The auto-rotating sensor installation platform can measure the whole tunnel to avoid reverse drive during the measurement process.
High data accuracy: The positioning accuracy is ≤1m, the fracture detection accuracy 0.2mm, and the deformation measurement accuracy 0.2mm, avoiding the manual error in a traditional way.
Stable performance: It is applicable to such complex environments as alpine, high cold, high temperature and humid places with no failure.
Extensive application: Four set has been sold. The project mileage has accumulated 4,000km (increasing by at least 800km every year).
